1. Is there any registration fee, subscription fee, onboarding fee, or any other cost involved in joining the platform?
There is no registration fee and no onboarding fee to join MANAS360; platform access fee is applicable after 6 days of trial period. We do offer different subscription plans, each designed to support providers with varying levels of practice growth and lead generation. 2. How much do clients pay per therapy session, and what would my earnings be after the 60% revenue share?
Session fees vary depending on the type of service the client books, such as individual therapy, couples therapy, sessions for Global Indians, and other specialised services.
Providers receive 60% of the session fee, while MANAS360 retains 40% to cover platform operations and support.
Example:• If a session fee is ₹1,000, you will earn ₹600, and MANAS360 will retain ₹400.
3. How many clients does MANAS360 currently have, and how many referrals can a new provider expect?
The number of referrals you receive depends on the subscription plan you choose. Our subscription plans currently offer:
• 3 leads per week
• 5 leads per week
• 7 leads per week
MANAS360 is actively expanding its network through partnerships with companies and organisations. As our outreach grows, the number of potential client referrals is expected to increase over the coming months.
4. Is there any minimum commitment in terms of hours or sessions for the Freelance track?
No. There is no minimum requirement for working hours or the number of sessions. You are free to decide your own schedule and availability. We simply encourage providers to maintain consistency in client care and avoid unnecessary disruptions to ongoing therapy.
5. Are there any exclusivity clauses, or am I free to work with hospitals, clinics, or other platforms simultaneously?
There are no exclusivity clauses. You are free to continue working with hospitals, clinics, private practices, or other mental health platforms alongside your work with MANAS360.
6. How and when are payments made to providers?
All payments are managed through the MANAS360 platform. After each completed session, your earnings will be reflected on your provider dashboard, once the Payment Gateway settles the transaction. You can view your available balance at any time and paid on the registered UPI.
7. Do you provide clinical supervision, mentorship, or peer consultation, particularly for early-career psychologists?
Yes. MANAS360 provides clinical governance, mentorship, and peer consultation, with particular support available for early-career psychologists to help them build confidence and strengthen their clinical practice. Also, we’ve Certification Hub where the tracks of certifications can be selected and paid for, to get Certified which will enable the engagements with the specific high value clients like Corporates, Education Inst or a Healthcare Unit, including NRI Clients and Executive Coaching.
8. Are there any documentation, technology, or platform usage charges deducted from the provider’s earnings?
No additional charges are deducted from your earnings for documentation or platform usage. Features such as automated SOAP notes, documentation tools, and platform resources are included as part of your active subscription. As long as your subscription remains active, there are no extra technology or platform usage fees.
9. What qualifications or registrations are required to practice through MANAS360?
The required qualifications depend on your professional role :
• Counselling Psychologists: A completed Master’s degree in Psychology.
• Clinical Psychologists: An M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology along with a valid RCI registration number.
• Psychiatrists: An MBBS degree along with an MD in Psychiatry.
As part of the onboarding process, all providers are required to submit their relevant degree certificates and professional credentials for verification.
10. What are the differences between the Freelance, Part-Time Provider, and Founding Provider tracks?
The Freelance, Part-Time Provider, and Founding Provider tracks differ in terms of their structure, expectations, income opportunities, growth pathway, and additional benefits.
